Qualified and licensed pool renderer and tiler, Brendon Steele has 27 years' in-depth knowledge and expertise in the solid plastering and tiling industry. Brendon holds a Certificate III in Solid Plastering and a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling from the Australian Qualifications Framework (RTO). He also holds a QBCC Trade Contractor Licence in Solid Plastering and Wall and Floor Tiling.

Accurate render preparation

Render preparation is absolutely everything with a fully tiled pool and this is where Brendon excels. He will skillfully render the pool to ensure the steps and benches are level and the corners are square and plumb. The compound angles of a pool require an elevated level of skill to successfully render, and Brendon's attentiveness ensures 100% accuracy on these junctions.

 

Minimising tile cuts

The tiling of a swimming pool requires different knowledge compared to tiling a kitchen or bathroom as the concrete pool shell is not flat. This is particularly relevant when it comes to fully tiling a pool. Brendon works meticulously to set out, cut and place the tiles to maximise a free-flowing finish and full alignment.
